The list is too long. Low compensation, no organization, horrible communication , completely reactive environment, no investment in getting new employees up to speed, lots of finger pointing, almost impossible to work just a 5 day week.

The day-to-day operations are an absolute mess and the management is too stressed out to do anything about it, due to their own workload. Most of your team will be overseas so communication is very difficult and often takes days to get an answer. This causes a lot of stress for you and your clients. I was let go without warning or a performance plan, despite their legal report stating that I was let go for under performance "despite several warnings and lack of coaching implementation." This was false. I did not receive any warnings, a performance plan, or any real attempt to help me succeed from my direct supervisor. This was very disappointing as I felt extremely blind-sided by their decision to fire me, and never truly supported in my work from the beginning of my employment there.
