We're losing a lot of partners and events are moved or cancelled very last minute. Almost nothing has been fully successful in the last year. There is very top down management and they will make blanket decisions like going from 2 to 4 days mandatory in office and send it out in a mass email. They started taking role when you arrive in the office and if you are not in attendance three times you are let go effective immediately. Benefits are horrible. Pay is very low. Moral is in the basement. People are leaving like crazy. It's so sad to see.

You will not see your commission. They purposely do not put it in your contract so they can do what they want with it and there is HUGE lack of transparency when you ask questions. They do anything and everything to scam you out of getting what you deserve from your deals. Upper management is entirely inept and it is clear they have little to no knowledge on how to manage people. They promote people who have a proven track record of bad management, toxicity, and narcissism. Also, it is clear the company makes bad investment decisions and is in constant loss of money. Thus, employees get robbed from bonuses and fair pay. -Low base salary -Lack of transparency -Bad leadership
