Pros

- Company pays for boot camp and certification cost - Many different platform to learn new technologies

Cons

- RTO, this has to be one of the poorest implementations of RTO. We are required to go to office 2 days a week, however everything is still a zoom call. Our office network connection is not the best. Not all desk has monitor. - Leadership outside of the org only cares about optics and profits. They don't seem to care about the team members anymore. - DRIVE initiative is a cost cutting measure that are gutting every org and their projects all in an attempt to boost bottom line. - One FedEx is a way for international team to dump more work on to domestic team
