Pros

Decent salary, good bonus checks.

Cons

Uncertainty, high number of layoffs, no more options for remote work. Horrible management with higher ups that have 0 experience doing the position they manage. Not much room for moving up after first promotion unless you want to relocate.

Pros

The only real pros of this job at this company is the sporting events to entertain clients and the 6-figure base salary. 2. Work from home position.

Cons

Lot's of cons 1. micro management requirement of 7 face to face sales calls per day 2. The discount pricing system needed to create discount agreements to win business from competition absolutely sucks. 3. For FDX to claim to be a tech innovative company there inhouse technology is subpar and behind the times and competition. 4. The sales call daily requirement creates a wasted selling time culture. 5. Weekly Monday sales team conference call for an hour is a total waste of time. Never any value on those team conference calls. 6. Management is trash. Most of them are not real leaders nor good salespeople and couldn't sell a map to someone lost in a maze. (facepalm)
