Three days in office with little to no flexibility. The office space is horrible. Only offers 2 weeks paid parental leave and the health insurance coverage gets worse every year. You only get 10 days of PTO for the first 5 years and it doesn't increase again until your 10th year. It's hard to get promoted or increase salary. Annual bonuses are gone. Leadership is old and stuck in their ways. It's impossible to get anything done due to politics. FedEx used to be a great company, but it feels like they are now moving backwards and making it harder for employees to stay.

They constantly preach about having an inviting workplace, speaking your mind to help bring forth more/new ideas and offer new view points on things, but they don't care. They just want whatever gets the higher ups more yachts and bigger houses. They do not care about the person behind the task asked. I once got written up for lies said by someone that screamed in my face and threatened me, and other co-workers, with our jobs and accused me of being sexist and racist. It was reported to HR and she got a promotion and I got a write up. This is has definitely affected my career. Not that I really wanted to move up anyways I guess.
