      Disappointing Interview Process

      Pros

      Hmmmm. Good smoke and mirrors job in getting me to come for an interview; followed up by a second interview. Then after being promised that I would hear back, never did.

      Cons

      Very inconsiderate in their hiring practices, and unethical. Should never promise they would contact me, either way regardless of the outcome, and never follow through. Curious if this is how they treat their customers. Hmmm

      Pros

      Always more to learn, promote from within (always full time positions opening up), Each day is different, ample opportunity to get out of office, flexible with scheduling, customer service centered, low stress (not constantly thinking about work after off).

      Pay is low for full time employees (lower than they deserve)

      Friendly environment, learned a lot about the fastner industry

      Cons

      The company is too bureaucratic, my hours were drastically cut even though my boss loved me and wanted to give me more hours. Once the decision is made from Winona, MD to cut part-timers, there is nothing you can do.
