Pros
Hmmmm. Good smoke and mirrors job in getting me to come for an interview; followed up by a second interview. Then after being promised that I would hear back, never did.
Cons
Very inconsiderate in their hiring practices, and unethical. Should never promise they would contact me, either way regardless of the outcome, and never follow through. Curious if this is how they treat their customers. Hmmm
