      Great company culture, great experience, great environment, can improve

      Pros

      Excellent company, decent pay if in a good territory, work/life balance, great leadership, coworkers and exceptional training program. Had the ability to work for 2 great DMs, an RVP that can lead and direct a successful team, and some of the best talent ive seen. Couldn't have asked for a better experience while employed.

      Heavy workload, opportunity for growth if trying to follow DM path, no salary raises

      Large company with little training but freedom to work alone and make money

      Pros

      Good compensation, freedom to drive business yourself. The company has a good reputation and looks great on a resume. You can learn about many different facets of business and construction.

      Cons

      Little training, lots of tiny screws and other inventory to count, management only cares about increased sales. My manager was fired the first week I arrived.
