Where to begin: The company rips off customers through freight charges even if product is in store, the DM and GM's don't like each other. They over value the price of a college education even in sales associates. The pay is less than industrial average, the pay is not equal to the work some have to do. The GM's play favorites and usually let the full time employees do absolutely nothing. If you are a part time employee with a decent idea keep it to yourself they don't care. Margin is all that matters to them, and the corporate office could care less. If you have an interview and are offered a job, guess what you'll probably sit at home for a month or 2 before actually starting your job.

As a part time sales associate you're basically the slave of upper management. They drive around in their trucks all day and you're stuck at the store dealing with customers. And if there's a vending account then you'll probably be forced to service it but they'll be making the commission on it.
