Fastenal really focuses on educating you about the job i came in not knowing much about the industry, that quickly changed. I learn something new every day.

Cons

I really hate the fact that the start every one off as part time. i wish there was a way to go straight to full time employment. being part time makes it real hard to stay with the company for extended period of time but if you can hang in there for that time period. it really is a great company
