I don't get commission, I've been promised a full time job for months with nothing happening, corporate doesn't care about the front line workers, numbers game

I do not have many negatives to say about Fastenal. Working in the store tended to be relatively boring due to low customer flow coming into the physical location. Most customers received products through delivery
