Terrible. Only work here as a last resort

Terrible experience at this company. Would only recommend to go for them as a last resort. They force you to go forward for placements and you have no choice. Account managers do not care about your personal career goals and progression and will force you to go forward for any role they deem is suitable for you. Relocations are also forced upon you with little to no support. The company is extremely slow to react and help when support is required when on client site. All of this to get next to no benefits and below average pay. Management while waiting to be placed is extremely disorganised and does not add any value and seems like a waste of time. Pre-placement training provided is nothing like the stuff you are required to do on client site.

-Opportunity to put some good companies on your CV -Good initial training

Cons

-Very low salary -They force you to use half of your annual leave up during training -Little to no ongoing training or support. They have check-ins with you, but they're just questionnaires and it's abundantly clear they don't actually care about your development

People at ground level are very decent. Good opportunities and social life.

Cons

You have to be in the “in crowd” to have a hope in hell of surviving. HR are corrupt and unprofessional - don’t expect them to abide by confidentiality rules if it ruins their chance to gossip. If your face doesn’t fit, you’ll be forced out and it will be blamed on you. The wrong people are given the opportunities, because they’re in managements back pockets.
