      Great for people who are looking for a foot in the door

      Training for 2 - 3 months

      Cons

      You need to lock in for 2 years and if you break it you need to pay back training fee of 30k. Not guaranteed placement during the training. You need to do another round of interviews once you've completed your training to be placed at a company. I heard if you don't get placed they will let you go after 6 months.

      Pros

      Good clients and learn a lot (if you are lucky) Foot in the door in tech especially in this economic climate You do not have to worry about your end of 2y contract they offer a new one

      Cons

      FDM does not give a damn about their consultants If you have any problem or query they will not answer for months You can not choose a client so it can be a hit or miss (or more like miss or hit) The pay compared to what you would have on other consultancy companies/ directly with clients is very low The days off are the minimum required
