      Good place to start off, though have to be patient

      Pros

      Training provided was sufficient for a starting software developer role and trainers were experienced in the industry hence we have much to learn from them. We were given many opportunities to interview with established banks here in Singapore and managed to secure a role quickly

      Cons

      We were stuck in the beach for a good 2 months, and most of the time it was self study with no interactions. The role I am currently in is very different from that stated in the interview however we just have to learn on the job and push on. The 2 year contract is quite a bummer as, you constantly see the news of inflation while your pay barely moves an inch, hence will have to be patient and complete the 2 years before moving for a higher pay.

      Expectations are different from reality

      Pros

      The other consultants were great and everyone had a good team work mentality.

      Cons

      Their training is poor. They advertise to people with non tech backgrounds but their training is realistically a refresher for people with tech backgrounds. Do not pursue training with this company if you’re from a non tech background.

      Works with many well-established clients Provides non tech graduates a route into the industry

      Cons

      Training quality varied depending on trainer, which changes every module (2-4weeks) Pay is universal despite the different roles. Pay for software developer and cloud engineers is very low compared to market
