      A decent model, very poorly executed

      Pros

      -Could get you through the door with some good companies -COULD be a good kick start to a career

      Cons

      -It's very much pot luck - if you don't end up with a decent placement, that could easily be you stuck for 2 years doing rubbish work, no matter what you do -If you're on site bringing in money for the company, they're not interested in whether or not you're doing the right type of work -Very poor company culture, treating employees like kids and only responding to queries when they have something to gain -The contract is pretty terrible -Training isn't great

      - Footstep into IT, Business or Project Management positions within large companies.

      Cons

      - If you train in Scotland/Leeds/London, no guarantee that their will be a position near where you train at the end of your course. - Threaten with legal action if you decide to leave after 2 weeks and before 2 years. - Traning Agreement costs £20,000 but if you were to do training elsewhere you wouldn't be anywhere near this. - HR & Consultant Support are most difficult people to get hold of and a reply from if you have any issues that you need to sort out.

      Low Salary (average for someone out of college with no experience) Contract for two years ( You quickly outgrow you salary in 6 months)
