      Pros

      The company really prepares you for the real world. They provide a 12 week training program to make sure you know exactly what you're doing when you get placed on site. Teachers there are really kind, respective, and knowledgeable, and the work environment is great! They go a great job ensuring you are prepared for the on-site work.

      Cons

      The two-year lock in period isn't the best, but if you are building towards your career, it could also be seen as a pro. FDM places you in a top company for two years which is a great career starter, especially for new grads.

      Training is substandard and overvalued Salaries are very low, bordering minimum wage No drive to improve or further develop the current pool of grad's

      Lack of business opportunity after claiming to have so many clients Account managers favour tech over business Account managers never reply to emails but complain if you don't reply instantly Once signed off make you do 40hrs a week while not getting paid HR are so unprepared Sell you a dream but when you pass training you are hung out to dry waiting for clients and even when a client comes in for consultants they seem to pull out every time unless it's Dwp
