Pros

Only thing is the people you work with. Usually about your own age so they are pretty cool. Work itself? 0 Pros, absolutely horrid company to work for.

Cons

LONG hours. Prepare to have no life, your soul will be sucked away. Prepare to wash filthy muddy cars in your brand new suit and jackets. Micromanaged at every level. Customers are whiny little babies who want everything for free. Prepare to work 7 days a week, don't get me started about airport hours. Up at 3 in the morning, not off work until 4pm. To get out of the management trainee program you need to take an 8 hour test in front of department heads called the 'grill'. Named grill because they GRILL the hell out of you. Prepare to study 500+ pages on top of ridiculous hours. DON'T BE FOOLED. ***DISCLAIMER*** THE PEOPLE WHO ARE GIVING THIS COMPANY 5/5 REVIEW ARE ENTERPRISE EMPLOYEES TRYING TO GET RID OF THE BAD NAME EMPLOYEES ARE GIVING THEM. ITS A LIE.

Pros

You will gain sales experience, customer service experience which will highly benefit your CV when applying to new jobs.

Cons

I worked in enterprise for a year and I would not recommend this to any one. The truth is that you will spend more time driving cars & cleaning them as they don't employ enough staff / assured drivers to do this. You will be expected to work 0745- 6pm at night with a 15 minute break if you're lucky. Once 6pm comes never assume you are finished for the day. If there are still deliveries at this time you will be expected to stay on till all hours. Only when you're an assistant manager you are given the "luxury" of staying in the branch. Any cars you can't allocate in time YOU will face the wrath of the Branch manager. The expectations of this job are too high for the salary you are paid. There are no bonuses or commission involved & you can expect to work 6 days a week if you work at the home city. Please avoid and apply to better graduate programmes
