Pros

No cap to commission... Much better schedule compared to a Branch Manager (schedule is still crazy busy- long weeks!).

Cons

You will work long days, spend many nights at events and hosting happy hours, etc. You are responsible for ALL employees leaving regardless of how the branch manager performs.

Pros

Fun environment for young people. Fast paced. Learn how to work hard and compete. Will look great on your resume.

Cons

Hours wear on you after a couple of years. Doesn't get better once you become a manager. Lots of politics involved in promotions.

This is great advice, thanks for taking the time to provide it! We hope that employees take the time to learn about the many different career paths available to them by browsing our internal career opportunity site, and by speaking with their local HR representatives. But there's always the opportunity to improve that communication! Good luck in your future endeavors!

Pros

You get to drive all of the new cars ,however that gets old after about two weeks of working there. If you like to sell then there's room for advancement. There's job security , they don't fire MT's often because they need the bodies giving that they have a very high turn over rate.

Cons

Long hours and many madatory meetings/events after work. They also expect for you to ware suits everyday and to wash cars. Underpaid, the salary is not good. After, earning a Bachelor's degree you should be making better money and not having to work 50+hours each week 6 days a week. Everyone has to work a Sunday every couple of weeks, you may have to work 10-13 days straight before you get an off day. You will never get your two 10 minute breaks unless you work at a airport location. I was never given not one of my 10 minute breaks and I worked for Enterprise for a year at 4 different Enterprise locations. MT's has too many different responsibilities. You have to do a lot of driving, I felt like a taxi driver having to pick up and drop off so many people each day. On top of that they want you to sell ever single day. They have goals for you to meet. This job was the worst and most stressful job that I've ever had. I dredged getting up ever morning and having to work for them. It wasen't just me ,more than half of my co-workers were looking for another job too. Once I found another job, and I was able to resign it was the happiest day of my life. Your better off being an uber driver before working for Enterprise. I wish someone would of told me what I'm writing in this review now. Had I known all of this I would of never worked there.
