Pros
- Good Training - Gives you the platform to network - Thorough recruitment process -Good support team I.e head office, logistics etc however the rental from area manager down let them down
Cons
- Long hours (once worked 7 weeks straight including weekends, not one day off due to my manager being sacked) - Massive churn of staff - it is not a meritocratic place to work, the deserving get forgotten about where the popular gets promoted - Some locations are disgusting (working in cabins with no toilets or sinks) - Area Management have no clue what goes on within daily rental - Customers happiness literally are chosen above Staff happiness - Commission structure for Assistant Managers is pathetic - They have immature young people in Management positions which has a knock on effect lower down - They sack members of staff that have given years of service down to thinks like customer service scores which is ridiculous as the company sets a platform where customers can complain and get a full refund how will you ever get completely satisfied customers - my branch always had service, fleet growth, profits etc however they will always find an issue not to promote you
