Pros

Hire right out of College with zero experience You learn a great deal on how to deal with the general public, and about the corporate world. If you're good at sales you can go really far with this company. Co-Workers are cool

Cons

Unless you plan to make a career out of renting cars, use this as a resume booster and leave after a year or two. Since you're aren't developing any marketable skills that you can take to any other industry. Management comes down on you hard if your sales numbers aren't good. You'll find out that everyone is secretly looking for a new job on the side

Pros

Enterprise is a company that will give you an opportunity to run a business. It is growth oriented and it seemingly has a bright future.

Cons

Very stressful once you make it up the ladder! Less time with family and your vacation days are steadily denied!

Pros

Training is decent enough, once you leave and go into another job you'll be shocked that you actually get a break.

Cons

Easily work 50-70 hours a week, no time for yourself. I was told that Enteprise supposed the fact that their employees had extra cultural activities - no chance in the real world. Never make plans in the evening as you can be told to stay on an extra couple of hours to go collect cars. Breaks involved running into a shop whilst out driving and eating whilst driving else you will not have time to eat. You're singled out if you don't meet sales targets. They claim not to force sales on customers but if a customer declines to take any extras then you've to explain why you didn't get them to take them.
