Pros

Gain an understanding of the main components of running a business. Improves driving experiences in a range of vehicles.

Cons

Long hours, meaning work-life balance is very off. Unknown finishing times means you arent able to plan to do anything after work. Standard working week is 50 hours.. but average at 55-60 hours a week. Can work 13-16 hours each day. Finishing at 11pm, and then starting work again at 7.30am. The company completely discards the legal requirement of 12 hours between shifts, yet then make you drive with customers in the car whilst being over tired. Branches work seperately, and against eachother, making simple business very difficult at times. Pressures of sales figures, selling products that are not worth the price. Management pressure employees to grow revenue, as their pay commission based, yet the management trainees are the ones doing all of the work, and have very little benefit from it.

Pros

It teaches you a lot about the way to run a successful business. They give you great perks when you start and when you move up you get car privileges. They assist you with wardrobe so you can be a professional.

Cons

The talk about diversity a lot but they do not mean a word of it. It is about who they like and who they want in any position. Women of color don't get a fair chance to get promoted and if you don't like change then this is the wrong company for you.

Pros

There aren't any other than the fact that almost anyone can get hired there. I'm just typing extra words to meet the 20 word minimum requirement.

Cons

-Long Hours (12+ hour days and average 55-60 hours a week) -No work-life balance -Low pay -Under Staffed -Management promotion based solely on ability to sale and not ability to manage. -The company only cares about money -Unrealistic expectations -Laughable 'bonuses'/'incentives' -No vacation (PTO)time until after your 1 year anniversary -Little on-the-job training (I was thrown in the gauntlet my first day on the job. Trial by fire at it's finest) -One time I was forced to open and close a branch that I never worked at before...and here's the kicker, there was no Branch Manger OR Assistant Manger on the schedule. But wait it gets better! It was only Me (I had only been working at enterprise for about 3 months), another Management trainee (just got hired about 2 weeks ago) and a car prep...and to add insult to injury, we only had 2 cars on the lot with 20+ reservations for the day...lets just say that the branch ESQI (Customer Service index) took a deep dive that day...
