      Pros

      -Solid financial company, possible opportunities in various projects around the world, multi-ethical environment, good work - life balance.

      Cons

      Unprofessional management, no training, no career opportunity unless you are Italian, worst HR I have ever seen, politically motivated, advancement only on political connections, disorganized, non transparent towards employee evaluation and processes in general, does not have long term planning, average salary is lower than competition, personal issues are not considered, feel the hate against foreigners(non Italians), no standardization (no lesson learned, every time a project starts from scratch, messy) and I emphasize: the worst managers I have ever came across in my professional life!!!

      Flexible and tolerant management Pay adequately international employees

      Cons

      - Disorganized - Not internationally opened, it is mostly an Italian company with little opportunities to grow for foreigners. - It is not acting like an IOC but more like a public company. Local employees look like government employees - People are stressed and not necessarily efficient - There is no clear process in place to conduct business. - Human resource management is non existent and not transparent even if it exists
