Frustrating - Anonymous employee Eni Spa Employee Review

Unprofessional management, no training, no career opportunity unless you are Italian, worst HR I have ever seen, politically motivated, advancement only on political connections, disorganized, non transparent towards employee evaluation and processes in general, does not have long term planning, average salary is lower than competition, personal issues are not considered, feel the hate against foreigners(non Italians), no standardization (no lesson learned, every time a project starts from scratch, messy) and I emphasize: the worst managers I have ever came across in my professional life!!!
