      Eni International Resources Ltd, London (Eirl): - Great team to work with overall, young, friendly and supportive despite a challenging economic backdrop and complex company structure - The team has made significant changes for the better over the past 12 months under new leadership and is heading in the right direction, albeit gradually - If you perform well, you are recognised for it and rewarded with training and development opportunities

      - Change is slow to happen and the company can be quite process driven and political, so getting things done can be frustrating at times - Misconception that only Italians can progress, but if you are non-Italian and you make the effort to learn the language, you can also progress

      Pros

      High salaries for expats, low workload The salary level for expat employees I believe is above media, plus other allowances and bonuses. The work in the end is not stressfull.

      Cons

      Highly bureaucratic company with inefficient business processes, the working approach of 20 years ago, lack of willing to collaborate. In addition, non transparent promotion system, small space for growth and development, especially for young people. Disproportional distribution of work in time and between people.
