Good company to use as a stepping stone (Eirl office)
Pros
Fantastic pay, good location, professional offices, friendly staff and great company. You can gain experience of working with colleagues from all over the world and really challenge yourself. Eni looks after it's staff especially when market conditions dropped and some Eirl staff were moved internally to keep staff employed in a difficult time for the industry. This is honourable and should be appreciated by the staff. Overall it's a brilliant place to test yourself if you want a challenge and can handle yourself.
Cons
The office has a huge problem with leadership and fail to advertise internal opportunities - ironic for an HR business! Team Leaders lack the leadership skills to motivate and lead their teams and quite often promotions and internal moves are done behind closed doors. For the rest of us who are overlooked for internal opportunities to develop you must move on.
