      You are told when you can go on break Do not match market rate for pay No promotion no bonus No work life balance Please avoid as there is no room for progress and your wasting time.

      Pros

      Initially there was a delightful small company feel while working there. Everyone had a can-do, whatever it takes to get it done attitude. The company leadership took very good care of the staff.

      Cons

      The company was acquired during my tenure and things changed. Process over productivity issues began to come into play; individuals' strengths were valued less.
