Toxic, leadership have no clue so priorities change all the time leading to overworked teams and ridiculous deadlines causing unnecessary pressure, leaders only care about the bottom line, signs of a blame culture, rudeness has been experienced in meetings with some of the senior managers which is not acceptable at all, cannot see a path for growth.
