- no possibility of growth ( they will hire people to manage instead of promoting people and training them) - don't reward loyalty or hard work - no trainings - bad management : dangerous persons are left for months or years at management roles (before finally being fired) which is enough time to do a lot of damage ( and CEO / HR close the eyes on the bullying and discrimination) - constant change of strategy - no transparency : lies and and schemes rule/fake values - double standards : some people are praised for no reasons when other are ignored although valuable ( certainly senior management/ CEO favoritism )
