      The best of MA is that the people matter, they really take care of employees' wellbeing. The environtment is warm and nice. The office culture and team spirit is so powerful and that gaves you motivation and helps you get better and improve your professionally skills every day. On the other hand they is a seriuosly company with good policy and possibilities to grow profesionally

      If you are a lazy or intolerant person this company is not for you.

      Only the flexibility, Remote working if you are based in the uk

      Cons

      This is a toxic, male-dominated company led by a narcissistic CEO. Feedback from employees is not taken into account, and performance doesn’t seem to matter unless you align yourself with management. Women in particular appear to be undervalued and not given equal opportunities for advancement. I would not recommend this company, as the experience can be extremely demoralizing and may even make you want to leave the recruitment industry altogether
