I left MA at the start of the crisis but for my own reasons unrelated to MA. I can only speak from my experience and team. From speaking with others their experience was different to mine. Overall I would love to go back and work there again. -Great direct leadership. Team lead was inspiring and constantly motivating. -Great teamwork. If you needed help on any roles, or with any clients your teammates would be by your side straight away -direct 50/50 split between delivery and account manager. As fair as could be. -Great office location (BCN), sleek and high-tech office -Great training at the start, good refreshers but could sometimes interfere with actual work -Family atmosphere. Made friends for life -People were genuinely happy with your success and celebrated with you -Spanish Language Lessons -Help with relocation -Not a "wideboy" environment. Egos left at the door. -Can control your own market. Encouraged to try new things -Can learn from seriously talented coworkers and teammates -Team lead once again. Such a good person genuinely invested in your success.

-Salary was quite low, but making deals could bring you a great return -Focus switched heavily to KPIs as time went on -Some cliques -Commission was cut and salaries were sacrificed at start of pandemic -large disconnect between LDN and BCN offices. Different culture and atmosphere. -Was never fully secure in employment
