Terribly disappointed - Recruiter Montreal Associates Employee Review

Poor salaries, appalling management. Were absolutely so unprepared for any kind of crisis that they had to cut salaries and reduce commissions drastically. The structure has changed several times since Covid started as they seem incapable of working out a system. Claimed the competition was doing the same, but too bad for them, we know it's not true. Pride themselves to be a human business all about their people but will treat you like a pawn or a commodity. Will change the organization overnight and let people learn that they're moving teams during a meeting with all staff involved. Terminated loads of people in March 2020 only to bring them back under the furlough scheme, claiming they didn't have enough info from government when other employers were already using it. No strategy, poor internal recruitment because not willing to pay for good recruits. Will promote people to management only because they're good billers however poor their management skills are. Encourage a toxic culture where everybody hangs out together all the time to make people emotionally and socially dependent on the business.
