Hi there and thanks for your feedback. As you'll know, like many companies, we reduced working hours across the business to a four day week when Covid struck, meaning a reduction in take home pay for our staff. We also froze bonuses and commissions for the length of the summer period. From September 1st we returned to full salaries across the board and have introduced a new commission scheme for recruiters, so hopefully the financial burden of living in London on reduced income has been removed for our people.
