It's been a hard six months for us at MA, similar to many organisations struggling to deal with the impact of Covid-19. Communication is something that we've had to deal with, particularly in the aftermath of the initial outbreak. I can see how the lack of clear communication has led to some of the conditions you describe. Since the start of the summer, we've added weekly company wide meetings as well as 'huddles' where every employee meets with myself and the CEO in groups of up to six people to get answers to their questions and information straight from the horses mouth. We've still got improvements to be made, but I'm confident we're on the right track.
