Pros

Office is really nice and well located. Training are good. Have met 3 good friends there.

Cons

Pay is really really low. You gonna spend extra time at your desk for absolutely no recognition and no reward. Very stressful and competitive so few people can pretend they're your friends and open to help you, but they gonna stab you at the very 1st occasion. Some managers treat delivery consultants like dogs....

Thanks for your feedback, we do appreciate it. I'm sorry that your experience at Montreal wasn't as positive as it should have been. As you'll know (as you probably took part) we've carried out our first annual engagement survey this year . We're committed to making Montreal the best place to work in Recruitment. Did you get the chance to carry our an exit interview before you left? If not and you'd like to give more detailed feedback, please don't hesitate to get in touch. Feedback will be treated confidentially. Thanks again for taking the time to leave your feedback..

Pros

Only the flexibility, Remote working if you are based in the uk

Cons

This is a toxic, male-dominated company led by a narcissistic CEO. Feedback from employees is not taken into account, and performance doesn’t seem to matter unless you align yourself with management. Women in particular appear to be undervalued and not given equal opportunities for advancement. I would not recommend this company, as the experience can be extremely demoralizing and may even make you want to leave the recruitment industry altogether
