      Great environment, a lot of opportunities for growth based on your performance. MD is very close to his employees, you can tell that this is a company that cares for employees. They listen to you.

      Could have better benefits or perks for employees.

      Only the flexibility, Remote working if you are based in the uk

      Cons

      This is a toxic, male-dominated company led by a narcissistic CEO. Feedback from employees is not taken into account, and performance doesn’t seem to matter unless you align yourself with management. Women in particular appear to be undervalued and not given equal opportunities for advancement. I would not recommend this company, as the experience can be extremely demoralizing and may even make you want to leave the recruitment industry altogether
