Montreal Associates is a fantastic place to be if you have a passion for recruitment and an entrepreneurial spirit. The business is booming offering great career opportunities if you have drive and results. It is not one of those typically micro-managed recruitment businesses but a very supportive and caring environment. A very competitive commission plan and great benefits for a company of its size. Good team spirit and lots of socializing outside of working hours. You will meet great and very diverse people at MA!

If you need to be pushed or micro-managed, you might find it difficult and struggle to keep your focus and motivation as you are truly empowered and trusted to run your desk.
