      Friendly and challenging atmosphere Generally nice colleagues to work with, collaboration within team Social events, incentives Relevant trainings and gathering of feedbacks Thanks to a good follow up from the management, promotion is easy to achieve

      Cons

      High staff turnover like in the other companies within this market A lot of French and German collaborators but not enough Anglo-saxons people: don't expect to increase your level in English

      Only the flexibility, Remote working if you are based in the uk

      Cons

      This is a toxic, male-dominated company led by a narcissistic CEO. Feedback from employees is not taken into account, and performance doesn’t seem to matter unless you align yourself with management. Women in particular appear to be undervalued and not given equal opportunities for advancement. I would not recommend this company, as the experience can be extremely demoralizing and may even make you want to leave the recruitment industry altogether
