      Remote working is the only pro

      Cons

      They removed all endangerment and foxys just on figures, if they dislike you they will somehow get you into a diciplinary and give you a warning. Or dismiss you, the moneys crap’ management don’t know how to talk to staff they’re rude and micro manage AVOID

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
