      Can't think of any pros.

      Cons

      The management team has no idea how to support or lead a team. They constantly threaten you with performance action plans. They increased the targets unnecessarily and when those targets weren't being met due to feasibility they lowered those targets. The SMT undermined team managers and the Senior ECs would take credit for the teams good ideas. If you want a fulfilling career, this is not the company for you.

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
