      Up to manager level lovely people..

      Cons

      Do not work here, very reactive not proactive. This company prides about its values but do not care about their employees. It’s all about job starts and targets. They also did not follow procedure with my probation. Toxic atmosphere and everyone wants to leave, business manager does not listen to their workers and what we think constructively. Does the complete opposite. At top level they are all clique and know each other. This company really needs to be sued to learn from their mistakes and what they do to their employers..

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
