Pros

I have loved my time at Ingeus, since joining in 2019 I have learnt a lot and enjoyed my time working on the NCS contract. The company has trust in its employers and allows them the opportunity to get on with their job without being micro managed. We have been allowed to work flexibly as long as the business needs are met and management have always been open and transparent. There have been plenty of opportunities for new roles within both NCS and on other contracts. Being in the recruitment team there has always been plenty of incentives that has helped motivate the teams and lead to hitting targets consistantly. The private health care insurance has also been a life saver, vitality paid for an operation which would have taken months through the NHS.

Cons

Not many downsides at all, have been very accommodating and understanding throughout a difficult couple of years. Higher salaries would always be appreciated, especially with the cost of living crisis. Would like to see an increase the driving expenses as well as they have not changed since joining the company.

Pros

A team who truly care about making a difference in learners lives Everyone works hard to make it work and reach for 'Outstanding' An inspirational Director and Head of Delivery who understand the sector and what it takes to be the best Very competitive salaries Ingeus - Work hard to support the skills division and support our growth Ingeus - Provide me as a manager the tools required to do my best, an amazing company

Cons

Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!

Ingeus Response

It’s great to hear your positive comments of your time at Ingeus, with the right support and tools in place to excel in your role. I agree with your point around communication. It’s really important that we keep colleagues connected. If you have any specific ideas for how we can do this better, please do get in touch with me, or our Communications Team directly. Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Kind Regards, Barry Fletcher
