      Pros

      Lots of publicity material stating what a great organisation it is.

      Cons

      Training and management chaotic. Two excellent trainers but the rest hopeless and clearly untrained in that skill, leading to a severe loss of confidence because I simply couldn’t understand despite asking questions. Each morning I had to ask what I was doing - the published plan was abandoned very early. Loads of wasted time.

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
