      Pros

      They care about their employees. Management invest much time in pouring into their staff's personal development. There is a very strong team spirit, and managers make it easy for you to tell them about anything you're concerned or worried about. They genuinely care about your wellbeing. Also they are passionate about gender equality. We have loads of fun while working together across teams. And there are loads of career progression opportunities.

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
