      Pros

      Good working relationship with colleagues main reason to work at Ingeus was the good environment within the teams . Decent training opportunities. Good comparative salary. Decent philosophy of helping people back in to work but see cons.

      Cons

      Can suffer from bad management, terms and conditions have declined in the last few years . Company ideals sadly undermined with the need for profit. High targets can be combined with poor management practices.

However I am sorry to hear your concerns regarding targets and management. Our commissioners set us targets as part of our contract with them to ensure we achieve great results for the people on our programmes. At Ingeus we believe that every member of the team plays an important part in helping to deliver these, so some colleagues work towards achievable targets as part of their role. To reflect this, we offer a competitive pay and rewards package because we recognise the important work that our people do.

      Cons

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
