Thank you for taking the time to write a review. It’s disappointing to read your concerns about senior management and career progression. I would really encourage you to meet with your line manager to look into the wide variety of development opportunities available to employees. Last year we awarded 22 scholarships for people to undertake work-related qualifications and 73 employees completed personal development courses following the 2017 personal development review process. Furthermore, all colleagues have access to a suite of over 100 online personal and professional development resources through our online learning platform, iCareer. It would be good to hear more about your thoughts around the communication of a clear vision and direction. We’ve been working hard this year to do more to talk about our strategy and future plans and I’d really like to get your thoughts about what more we could do.
