      Great colleagues, fleet of foot, people focussed, valuing staff and their contributions, and with a considerable reputation for delivering results.

      When I first started at Ingeus, the Employability contract was a very dominant presence across all policies and training, however this has changed as other contracts have developed

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
