      Pros

      I worked for Ingeus as an Employment Adviser on the work programme, and would go back in a heartbeat. You hear lots of bad things about Ingeus, but they can’t be from an office in Scotland. The management are fantastic, the company as a whole are incredibly organised, and the staff really care about the service they are providing.

      Cons

      The working pattern could be a bit more flexible, but this isn’t something that would put me off!

I agree, our people really care about the service they provide and the difference they make to the lives of our participants. Our managers in Scotland lead a fantastic team and I’m glad you enjoyed being part of it. On flexible working, we have done a lot of work on this as we received quite a lot of feedback from colleagues about how we could be more flexible. We’ve now introduced a new flexible working policy that is proving really popular amongst teams.       Cons

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
