      Easy enough job, decent wages when started.

      Cons

      Despite assuring us we would have easy access to career advancement and promotions, it was practically impossible to have even a simple pay raise that would reflect the experience on the job.

      Pros

      Benefits even for part-timers is a huge win! Sick leave, vacation, and community days. Nice management and really friendly coworkers. Decent employee discount. Diverse and welcoming environment.

      Cons

      Very stressful work environment considering the low pay. Poorly managed and operated. They clearly try to run lean and do as much work with as few people as possible. Very unprofessional overall and a lot of greenwashing.
