Good employees keep leaving. Those who stay are quietly quitting, doing just enough to get by. The workplace culture contrary to what they promote is toxic, filled with gossips and powerplays. Management shows little concern beyond profit and chargeability; leaders are merely puppets. Townhalls are filled with grand statement that often lack in merits, mainly to pacify the growing people concerns. The new hires brought in as replacement often lack the right skills, yet act superior and resort to bullying. Here, people are not valued and treated as disposable.
