Cons
ERNI’s core values and culture seem to be fading. The People Office feels unapproachable, and it’s hard to feel that HR is truly present or supportive. When reaching out to the HR Lead, responses are vague ("we'll ask the team") and follow-ups are often left unanswered. Frequent changes in processes are made without proper communication or clear cascading to employees.
